Moon Moods-Music Out of the Moon-Harry Revel
Theremin recordings seem to go back to the twenties
-H.Lennington Shewell recorded some sides for Victor around 1929..however,
Hitchcock's movie "Spellbound"brought the theremin out of the closet.
Harry Revel wrote "Perfume Set to Music" and "Music Out of the Moon" ,Revel was in Paris at a bistro when a neibour's perfume got him to musing-why not describe perfume with music?The Spellbound concerto eleven years later gave his the final piece to the puzzle
the lead instrument in his Perfume arrangements
